What Services Can I Receive Through the CDS Program?

Laundry, light housekeeping, grocery shopping, doctors’ appointments, and transportation for any other types of errands, bathing, medication reminders, meal preparation, grooming, hygiene, mobility assistance, transferring and positioning, toileting and feeding/special diet assistance

What are the Requirements to Receive CDS Services?

Be a Missouri Resident
Have or qualify for Medicaid
Must be 18 or older
