Laundry, light housekeeping, grocery shopping, doctors’ appointments, and transportation for any other types of errands, bathing, medication reminders, meal preparation, grooming, hygiene, mobility assistance, transferring and positioning, toileting and feeding/special diet assistance
What are the Requirements to Receive CDS Services?

Can family members be added as personal care aides?
Yes, family members and friends can be hired as personal care aides, allowing for trusted and familiar care.
What happens if my needs change over time?
The care plan can be adjusted to reflect changes in your needs. Regular assessments will ensure that your care remains appropriate and effective.
